Put this together and had 5 mph winds and it fell apart. Snapped boards and everything. Only used for 2 weeks.

It would be extremely helpful to know which of the 4 boxes each part comes from. I felt like I spent half of my time looking for pieces of planks or looking for specific hardware. I don't believe it was listed that a drill bit and ladder were helpful in assembly.

Exceptional instructions! We couldnt have done it without the app instructions as well. seems to be more hardware left over than I am comfortable, but I double checked everything several times as I worked. with 3 of us, it took about 14 hours.

We bought this for our grandson's 2 year old birthday. Ths trick is he has a 5 year old brother. They love playing outside. The summer is just beginning but I think they'll be spending plenty of time playing in and around it.

I love it, just wish the wood wasn't so flimsy - 1 piece snapped in half just from having the nuts hammered into it so we had to switch to using a clamp to push the rest of it.

very nice playground set, absolutely love the bilt app, started off feeling kind of overwhelmed,but the app is a lifesaver,took me by myself about 16 hours to complete over a span of a few days.

We love this swing set and so does our child! It is the perfect size for him to be able to use it for years!

The wood is terrible, its so soft the acrews go right theough it. multiple pieces split. its been up less than a year and its splintering.

Great swing set my 5 year old loves it but the canopy ripped in less than a month and we were missing a screw for a handle

It is a very easy setup. I added weather protection paint to the wood %26 put concrete around the legs to level it out. My kids love it.

We've had our play set for about 5 months and our kids play on it every day when they get home! It took a couple people and several hours to put together but it wasn't too bad. We are happy with it and glad our kids enjoy it so much!

I have a 2 and 3 year old and they go on the jungle gym every single day! It is perfect size for them and even when they grow a bit! Pretty easy set up and good directions!

Everything arrived in 4 boxes...Would recommend having at least 2 -3 people.. I preferred using the instruction booklet that came with packaging instead of app. Installed over couple of days spending 2-3 hrs. on average.. As expected lots of wooden parts, nuts, bolts. Arranging everything alphabetically, numerical order and laying it down in the lawn helps a lot in assembly process. Customer service was helpful to send only couple of missing bolts in probably like 400, its not bad at all.. Not anchored to ground.. but still pretty stable... Not sure about longevity.. Cedar smells good.. all parts are well made and good quality and everything fit properly... Kids are enjoying it... Its got most things swing slide monkey bar rock climbing mini sitting area... sand box

This swing set is any child's dream with the monkey bars to the super fast wavy slide and what child does t like to have their very own fort to hang out in . This swing won't disappoint!

The playset was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear. There was some missing hardware, which was annoying, but easily fixed wih a run to the hardware store. I do not think this playset will last more than five years with regular use. The cedar is very soft and will most likely see a lot of abuse from the four grandsons. This, like most things made today, is not meant to last very long. The platform consists of 2x4 or 2x6 material. I stood on the platform deck to reach the tarped roof and I decided this is not meant for a lot of weight. It looks nice when completed, but it is not robust. $800 does not buy what it used to.

Wood is very thin and cheap. Takes forever to put together, missing parts. Also the picture is extremely misleading. Product is very small not really appropriate for kids over 5/6. The bench is literally 5 in wide. I will post a pic of piece for bench. Overall I'm really disappointed. I should have spent a few hundred more and got something that would actually last a while.
