When unboxing, the pieces are all stamped with their part number on the ends, which is nice for organizing. The BILT app that you can download is also very handy. Even though the quality was good, we ultimately returned the playset and bought one that was already assembled to save us the time and headache of assembly. If you choose to buy this, make sure you have power tools, drill bits, and plenty of patience.

Very easy to follow directions. It took three of us 6 hours to complete. Being organized with a “system” assembling the pieces/parts made the process easier. It's the perfect size for younger kids. It is very stu rdy!

This playground is very nice and my kid have so much fun playing with it. Love it

Swing set was easy to assemble and my granddaughter loves it so much - my daughter loves not having to drive to the park every day.

Easy assembly with two people. Everything was properly labeled.

The instructions were straight forward, but some of the wood is bowed. It looks smaller in person and I don't think it's made up to 10 years old. Time will tell.

We bought this for our 1 year old and 2.5 year old and they love it. They play on it every single day! The screws did loosen and have to be tightened a bit once used, but definitely a good playset for the money, especially if you are handy with tools as it takes some time to put together. I would not recommend it for older kids since it is a little small.

Same pieces wrapped together for easy finding. But over all it was fun to put together with the kids helping, nice family project.

This is a tiny swingset made out of very soft wood. It has been up for three weeks, and one of the ladder rungs has already split. Quality is not good

I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. He loves it! Asks everyday to go out and swing! My son put it together by himself.

Pretty straight forward assembly. Would have been easier if all the bolts and nuts had been included. But was able to make it work.

some of the boards were different lengths than listed, and some of the holes were about an inch or so off, but nothing a drill couldn't fix. over all, happy with it. definitely set aside time to build it. it took me about 2 days on my own, coming back to it off and on

We bought this for our granddaughter. We were just at her house this past week since our son assembled it for her. Being 3 years old, it is the perfect size for her and will last her till her teenage years. I talked with my son about the assembly process, and he stated the instructions were very clear and precise and had no issues with the assembly.

Overall a great playset, on the smaller side but it's great for our space and our 3 year old. It took my husband and father multiple days to install and unfortunately quite a few pieces came warped or broke as soon as we tried to install them. The virtual installation videos were helpful! My daughter loves it so all worth it.

Seems sturdy and strong. Easy to follow instructions. Perfect for preschool and early elementary kids. My 2.5 year old wants on it all the time. You do need 2 people to build it.

Holes right next to each other and of the same purpose are different sized. It's absolutely frustrating and unnecessary

definitely a whole day project for 2 ppl. One piece of wood was cracked in half. No info on how to obtain a replacement.

Looks nice.\nBILT instructions were awesome.\nThe wood is soft, making it easy to over torque the screws and crack the wood. I hope it holds up longer than a year.

Love how cute and small it is for our yard. But the top beam supporting the swings seams weaker than the weight limit is. My 31 pound toddler is already putting a big crack in the beam

We got this swingset for our 2 1/2 year-old daughter. It is the perfect size for her! I love that she can climb up and down it on her own, and I feel safe with her doing so. It took my dad and husband, probably six hours total to put it together. It sounds like overall it was pretty easy to put together, and the instructions were very clear. I love that it came with six anchors, and it feels very secure. We live in a very windy area, and I have no fears of this thing being toppled over. It is obviously smaller, so is not suitable for older children. However, in my experience, most kids are over swingsets by 10 years old anyways. This swing set is a much more reasonable option than others, but is still high-quality.

This build took a very long time with 2 people. Was short one of the side pieces so i had to make one based on the dimensions. Have to drill some of the holes to anchor the augers which suck. Either way my boy is gonna love it so thats all that matters.

Slightly smaller than expected, but seems like decent quality.

put instructions to install all t nuts in boards before they get assembled to other pieces, easier to pound in when they arent attached. i would recommend trying these instructions and making the obvious changes to simplify things

Good for kids up to 3.5. Not the most stable thing, wood splits, my 5 year old is 70lbs and it sounds like the whole thing is going to break in the swing. Also some of the wood was not cut correctly or holes not drilled in the correct spot.

Love this play set!! Quality is great and my kids have so much fun.

We bought this for our three-year old granddaughter who spends a lot of time at our house. We could not be happier with it! She loves to play on it and uses all the features - slide, swings, fort equally. We did buy a swing bar to replace one of the swing seats to give her another option. The quality of the materials is top-notch and it was pretty straight-forward to put it together. It is time consuming, however, and having another set of hands to do the final setup is almost a necessity. Given the time she has already spent on this swing set and how much enjoyment she gets out of it, and how much we enjoy watching her, we have more than gotten our money's worth.

We have twins and they love the play set. It's simple and easy to use. The girls are safe when playing but have variety to not always be on the swing. We are hoping to enjoy it for several years!

High quality was easy enough to put together. Does take some time but overall worth it!
