Backyard Discovery Canyon Creek Swing Set – White

The slide on this set could be much safer. I'm not sure why there is a different slide with the white Canyon Creek versus the regular Canyon Creek. It's a cute set and my granddaughter has fun in it, just can't use the slide as it's too steep.

Good backyard playground. I wish it was sealed before. That step was a lot of time and i didn't really have space to do it so was tricky. I used the old fashion paper instructions and it went good. We only mossed 3 bolts 457, but I believe it is from a mistake we must have done. The kids love it and we are having fun in it. I live in the Caribbean so let s see how that playground will hold the UV here and sea blast. But i got positive vibes it will be good.\nThanks

We got this in about a month or so ago. My 2.5 year old son loves it! There's so much for him to be able to. He also loves the play area underneath. It has a picnic table, grill, and sink! At top there's a steering wheel, telescope and chalk board. It took my husband about 2 days- by himself, to put together. Would buy again!

This app made the installation very simple. Only had one issue. One number was off for the type of screw I needed. I referred to the book that came with it and corrected the issue. Other than that, very helpful.

I bought this as a gift for my grandson—who is my heart❣️ this set is not only incredible, it is built so well and has so many different wonderful options for play! It is truly a thing of beauty, and will also be an enduring part of his growing up. THRILLED!!!

Bought this a little over a month ago and our son loves it. We put it together ourselves and it wasn't too bad to do. Just a time commitment but so worth it! We spend so much more time outside now because of this. We love it

This swing set has been the perfect addition to our backyard. I purchased the Canyon Creek Swing Set for my two daughters—who truly deserve the world. After a challenging couple of years, it felt like the right time to do something special for them. In January 2024, just after her second birthday, our oldest daughter Stella was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It's been a tough journey, but after a year and a half of treatment, she's finally starting to feel better, more energetic, and ready to get outside and play. Amid everything, we also found out my wife was pregnant with our second daughter. Indie arrived far earlier than expected, born at just 26 weeks and spent five long months in the NICU. With everything we've been through as a family, seeing both of our girls now healthy and excited to play together on this incredible swing set means the world to us. Thank you, Backyard Discovery, for helping us bring joy back to our backyard.

Sturdy, beautiful and fun!!

Very happy with our swing set so far! My almost 2 year old son loves it, especially the grill set underneath and slide. We substituted one regular swing for a baby swing and it was super easy. Seems very sturdy!

So far we love this playset! It took my husband and I about 2 days to complete it. We followed the built app and the paper directions together. My toddlers love it and it's the perfect size for us.

Decent quality wood. I had a lot of knots in wood right where I had to put a screw in. So I had to put the next to where they were supposed to be at. The bilt app didn't help with it since the hardware that was needed didn't match what you good said. I also tried the three different options they had on the app and still don't match. But it is a decent play set. I did like how a lot of the wall panels were already assembled!! That's a big deal! I did it alone in 16 hours. You definitely need a right angle attachment for your drill on this! Some screws you just can't get easy access to.

This swingset is worth the money. It's great quality and my son absolutely loves it!

We've had our swing set installed for a few weeks now and my 3 and 4 year old couldn't be happier. We paid extra for installation and that wasn't the best experience but the set itself is great!

We ordered this for our grandchildren and held a build party to erect it. We all so impressed with the engineering and the way every hole, every bolt, every piece aligned perfectly. Six of us were able to erect the whole thing in a day and a half. The instructions were clear. The hardware was plentiful. The quality is first rate. I would recommend this product to absolutely anyone considering a backyard play structure!

We got this for my kids as a large joint birthday gift and they LOVE it! It was fairly easy to put together and it looks good! My daughter is having the best time with the slide and climbing all over it not to mention the imaginative play coming from the play kitchen. It makes me so happy to see them so happy. It's worth every penny. We will enjoy this play set for many years to come ♥️

Bought this set about a month ago. Quality playset, nice hardware and cedar wood. Put it together over a few days working a few hours each day. The directions were easy to follow and its simple to put together with two people. Overall we're very happy with this set and my kids absolutely love it.

Excellent play set! This will last us for the remainder of our daughter's years of wanting to play on a play set. My husband assembled it himself with zero issues.

The swing set is great once it's put together. You definitely need to PREP first. Organize the hardware by number. I did a row on a table for each number (00s, 100s, 200s, etc). Separate and lay out all of the wood by letter and number. Stack like parts together. I used blue painters tape and wrote the letter and number. I know it sounds extra, but the print is soooo small on each piece it would've taken ages to find the right ones. I just labeled the top piece in each pile. It took me about two hours to organize and lay everything out by myself. I did it the night before the build. Here's how long it took: 9.5 hours day 1 (not including breaks to eat). For about 6 of those hours it was two people. One reading instructions and finding parts, the other doing more of the labor. The other 3.5 hours we had three people. One doing instructions, two doing the building. This was around the time we got to installing all of the floorboards so that went a lot quicker. I spent about 2 hours the following morning finishing putting on the roof and then all of the accessories by myself. It could've been done faster if I had another person that day. All together, 11.5 hours of build, 13.5 if you count organizing. Definitely manageable in one day if you wanted to. Overall, install wasn't bad. The pictures in the book aren't the best. The app is nice but it kept losing our spot. I didn't like using the app for the whole thing, but it was helpful trying to figure out orientations - I just wish it saved the step we were previously on. I think the labeling system is garbage. The most random numbers and letters that make no sense. That aside - the quality of everything we received was great. No splits, no warping, nothing missing. We did have to pre-drill a few holes when there were knots in the wood, but nothing crazy. Our two year old LOVES the play set. It's sturdy enough that I (150lbs) was up crawling around in it to do assembly and to show my son all the features and I felt safe. It obviously creeks some, because it's wood. We've had it up for a month and are super pleased. Worth it in the end, just take the time to prep and it'll go a lot smoother.

Panels with tongue and groove expanded till them popped out. The paint stains easily from any leaves that lay on it to long. Some deck boards wouldn't fit because it was to tight,

Bought this product and it came with missing pieces. I paid for it to be installed and put together and that couldn't finish it because of missing pieces. Now I have to wait another two weeks for them to come back and finish the job. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered this for my 3 year old, and she loves it!\nPerfect size, she's able to handle all the fun this set has, and it has plenty to grow with her. Strongly suggest reading the instructions before starting, there were some steps that 'had I realized' I would have done differently. That being said, found it very easy to install (completed in 1 day), directions clear - biggest challenge; making sure the swing beam was level to the climbing structure (Had to purchase blocks due to the available yard space I had and level issues).

I sealed every individual piece before assembly which took about two days and then assembly took about two days. It is definitely very sturdy and can hold both my husband and I. We also had about 6 kids playing on it at his party. Definitely use the bilt app and pay attention to hole locations (we had to move two pieces putting the base of the house up). Overall we are so happy and foresee it lasting a long time!
