Overall the quality of the product and building materials is high. Assembly can be done by one adult but is quite lengthy.\nSome concerns include:\nMany holes were not pre-drilled on the panels and required using a drill to prevent cracking. This should be systematically indicated. There is a strong smell from roof paint and wood panel coating which lingers for a long period. If using indoors it could be a problem for young children and others. The product should clearly indicate what chemicals were applied and if playhouse suitable for indoor use.

Purchased this adorable play house for my 3 year old granddaughter in August and she loves it. ❤️ She plays with it every day and especially\nloves the working door bell, sink and-the plastic pot and pan with utensils. 😊

Easy and nice app

Amazing little house! Not too difficult to assemble, took about 2 hours of careful assembly. We decided to keep it indoors for now, but will later move it outside. Our toddler loves it!

Super cute play house and very well designed. My sweet granddaughter loves it .She is a very small baby so I thaught it would be to big but it's perfect for her and she loves it.

It's an adorable playhouse that my grandkids will enjoy for years! Definitely is a 2 person job, but the Bilt 3D directions were quite helpful. Added a couple shelves inside and painted playhouse to make it last.

The BILT app is definitely a must for building. It helped add context with the directions and 3D model. The playhouse is absolutely adorable. It's great for a smaller backyard and my son could not stop smiling and beyond happy to have his playhouse.

A lot of pieces and can get a little tight inside while building but my daughter loves it and it was easy to follow along the instructions

Honestly the easiest outdoor play furniture I've ever built. Instructions are spot on the app makes it easy to move and see different angles. Only complaint is some pilot holes were off-center but not a huge deal.

This is cute, and was relatively easy to put together by myself. Some of the wood did split despite using a screwdriver instead of a drill though.

Very easy to assemble and seems to be of high quality. Perfect size for our 2 year old.

Brilliant quality and amazing instructions

Best quality ever

I bought this years ago for my grandson. After he grew up I took it apart and store it away. About three years ago I transformed it into a chicken house. The materials used in manufacturing this playhouse have held up very well. I've add additional sides the original house to make more room for hens.

Got this for my 2 baby nieces as a Christmas present and they absolutely love it. Took a couple of hours to finish assembling. All parts were present and instructions were clear.

The cedar smells so good. We hope it holds up. It is very attractive, we just hope it holds up outside in the Florida weather. The kids love it. The door bell seems to be the biggest hit! Only drawback, It was a bit difficult to put together on Christmas Eve.

Out of the box it did have a bit of a strong smell but that dissipated as the build went on. I was worried that solo I would struggle since it said it took two people to build but there were only a could times that it made for a difficult but doable maneuver, probably would have sped things up a decent amount but it took me 2:05 plus maybe 15-20 min for unboxing and cleanup. I also built it in the dark with a headlamp while trying to be quiet after kids bedtimes. It's all wood except a few accessories which is awesome. It's been treated with something hence the smell but that should help it hold up outside. I never opened the instructions book, purely used the BILT app and pretty sure that saved me at least an hour. Some of the pre drilled holes were off but you can just send the screws and they didn't split the wood. I had one very minor split on the swinging door that I ended up drilling after it cracked a bit but no big deal. The doorbell and phone should be big hits, will find out on Christmas morning 👍

Great 3D functions

Such a charming little play house for a great price. Easy to put together, fits nicely anywhere in the yard, and has sweet features like a sink, stove, and phone. Love that it is cedar, which will stand up to the elements and last for years to come. My daughter loves cooking in her new house :)

Surprised my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter with this sweet tiny house Labor Day weekend. Assembly went smoothly thank goodness to my 34 year old son who is a perfectionist especially because some pilot holes didn't line up. There were some paint chips and knot holes poking through but nothing a little white Touch up paint can't fix. I had a blast adding my own accessories and personal touches to this adorable playhouse. My granddaughter was overwhelmed and while acclimating to her tiny house, so far the phone and doorbell were her favorites. Great little house, great price and my only suggestion would be to make it slightly larger. 4' squared, another half foot on each side would make a nice difference.

Takes a few hours to assemble by yourself, but my kids love it so it was worth it.

The online instructions were awesome. Would 100% do that again. So much better than a manual. Playhouse is a great value for the money! Working doorbell is the chefs kiss! Took me (one person) about 2 hours to assemble.

the play house is pretty cute. However, the materal could have been a better quality. had some pieces split out on us, so we had to emprevise. but it will serve its purpose

top notch product, even the smell of the cedar is awesome. the instructions ciuld be a bit more descriptive on the roof assembly. and parts K1 need to be rengenireed and be made out of plastic...the wood splits very easy... better pilot holes might help.\nthe kids will love it. it took my wife and I 2.5 hours to assemble. we were missing a couple boards but the parts are being shipped FedEx no charge overnight. great customer service.

ONCE YOU TAKE THE TIME TO PUT IT TOGETHER...VERY TIMELY, IT'S A GREAT HOUSE
