It has quickly become the centerpiece of our backyard and a place where my grandchildren's imaginations come alive every time they visit. The quality is excellent—sturdy, charming, and thoughtfully designed—and it looks even more adorable in person than in the photos online.\nMy grandchildren absolutely love it. From the moment it was assembled, they claimed it as their own little home-away-from-home. This Christmas, they took things to a whole new level by decorating it for the holidays. They hung garland and bright red bows, placed a beautiful wreath over the front door, and—even more unbelievably—put a tiny Christmas tree inside! Seeing their excitement as they proudly showed off their perfectly festive “Christmas cottage” melted my heart.\nThe Sweetwater Playhouse is more than a toy—it's a magical place where countless memories are already being made. If you're considering it, don't hesitate. It's well worth it and has brought so much joy to our family, especially during the holidays.\nHighly recommend!

A lot of the pre drilled holes are crooked, the sunburst holes especially, tried to use the holes for the sunburst and the tops just broke off, very dissatisfied with my purchase.

The appearance and design of the playhouse is very nice but the quality of the wood was not. As we were assembling the playhouse, the wood was splitting as we were screwing it together. This happened several times.

So easy to assemble. We had a lot of fun doing it, actually. Can't wait for the kids to see it, we know they will love it too.

The playhouse has been a delight for my 3 grandchildren. Ages 3-6, they have had a blast making up games. A little tricky to put together, but fun and successful project.

This playhouse is AMAZING!! It took about 2 hours with two people to build. Instructions were super clear. My daughter loves the kitchen, we even bought play food to make it even more homey! Honestly, for it being wood and aesthetically pleasing, you cannot beat the price for this.

We bought the playhouse in June for our grandson's third birthday. He loves it and we love it too. It was easy for my husband to put together and looks like a real house.

Never got this product a swing set was delivered instead, had it put together before we realized wrong product, kept swing set, looked it up was same price

The smell of the chemical. Have had to leave it outside for a few weeks before putting it together.

Easy to assemble and functional. The material is quality. I'm a single mother and put this together on my own with a drill

The playhouse came discolored because the natural sap from the knots in the wood seeping out, and causing discoloration. They are suggesting we paint it with no credit or refund! Such icky customer service

I'm very happy with this backyard playhouse. Even if it took me and my older daughter 3 to 4 hours to build it, it was worth it.

This is a super cute playhouse! Granddaughter loves it! Love that it's wood and not plastic. It's great quality, would recommend!

Bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter for her birthday. It's smaller than I imaged as only one maybe two other grands can get in there with her. Wood is terrible quality! Split in several different places while assembling-even in the pre-drilled holes. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with a plastic more durable and bigger item.

Overall good quality, although there were gaps is some areas where the wood met. There are tools listed that were not needed. Recommend adding hooks and/or shelves for the kitchen utensils on the next revision. There was 1 broken piece, will see how difficult it is to get a replacement. Truly liked the 3-D video on its assembly, especially the rotate and zoom to make sure the pieces go in the correct direction. I would still recommend it to friends and neighbors.

This is a great little house, especially for 2-7 yo. My only dislike is where the sink is located. You can't even use the hot or cold knob because it's to close to the wall. Otherwise, my Grandkids love this house. ,

I loved it but it's the same size as her old plastic house it looks bigger in the pictures but it's not and she is 5 years old but taller then most kids so this is the only reason I'm returning it. It's a beautiful little house for smaller children
